Refund policy


Not satisfied with our product? Your right of withdrawal starts from the moment your order is delivered. Please activate a return request via the "Returns" section located in the menu footer of our homepage.

Please note that our team processes your order almost immediately upon receipt on a first come, first served basis. Consequently, Linenshed will not accept, under any reason, a cancellation or modification of an order validated beyond 24 hours, even if the said order has not already been dispatched.

You can return the product within 7 days of receipt of your package, at your expense.

All returns must be mailed to our office and tailoring workshop in Portugal after receiving an authorization number from our Linenshed shipping department.

We only refund the price of the product deducted from the courier charges the customer paid upon purchase. Linenshed does not exchange returned items. Item in good condition will be refunded within 30 days of receipt.

For orders qualifying for free delivery, in the event that the reason for the return is not due to a quality defect, the shipping costs incurred by Linenshed during the delivery of your order will be deducted from the refund.

Delivery costs remain the responsibility of the customer. This right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original packaging and in full working order.

Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded.

The customer must check the good condition of the packaging and the conformity of the product upon receipt and declare any defect within 24 hours of delivery.

The discrepancy related to the tonality of the product received compared to the screen photo of the same article is not considered as a defect. Customer must accept a finished product size difference of up to 2" (5cm) as the laundry is washed after processing.

Homewear and Casualwear collection items, fabric by the yard, made-to-measure items, quilted bedspreads and select items (please read item description) are not eligible as they are custom made to your size and color. For these products, we accept your return only in the event of an obvious defect on the product. Please send photos before you receive our acceptance for return.


Submit a return request

To make a return request:

  1. Log in to your account here.
  2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  8. Click Request return.
