Je suis extrêmement déçu par cet article.
Il ne fait que pelucher depuis que je l’ai ( plus d’un mois maintenant) toute la laine semble partir au fil du temps. Même après u lavage à froid, cela ne change rien..

Bonjour, je me faisais une joie de recevoir mon colis. Malheureusement le colis est bien parti mais je n'ai rien reçu. J'ai déposé une réclamation au transporteur qui à priori fait des recherches de son côté. J'attends donc son retour, j'ai fourni votre "bon de commande "qui mentionne le N° du colis J'espère pouvoir vous envoyer rapidement un nouveau message pour vous dire que je suis satisfaite mais j'ai un mauvais pressentiment. Tres beaux produits livraison catastrophique

Entièrement satisfaite par les produits couvre lit chaud draps confortables, couleurs attendues très belles. Gros point négatif la livraison raison pour la quelle je note 4 étoiles au lieu de 5 . Livraison annoncée le 19/12 ,partie depuis le 15/12 ils ne se présentent pas disent que se sont présentés et ont laissé un message . Mais pas de message après 3 appels la même semaine en surtaxé m annonce que se sont trompés d adresse alors que la bonne adresse est bien notée sur le tracking informatique . Veulent renvoyer le colis au Portugal!! Je les arrête in extremis . Au final colis livré le 26/12!…sans aucune information . Vraiment nul. Heureusement ce n étais pas un cadeau à offrir, attendu pour Noël…peut être devriez vous revoir ce genre d incident de livraison avec TNT afin d améliorer la qualité de leur services au vu du volume j imagine que vous confiez.

Excellent quality and at a very reasonable price, especially given the customisation aspect of it. Very similar to a quilt I got at Harrods at 2.5 times the price! The colours are lovely - vivid enough, yet not garish. The 240x260 is perfect for my king size bed, though I wish an even larger version was available (I like a tall mattress and *a lot* of draping).
Overall, 10/10, would recommend to friends.
